Shipping Methods

The following are the shipping methods that are available in the WeFulfillIT.com infrastructure. It is highly recommended to use the exact code or text listed here when submitting orders. Automation is the key to fast and accurate order fulfillment by WeFulfillIT.com.

WeFulFillIT.com inventories boxes listed with the USPS Ship Methods, so if you know your products will need a box not listed, please let your Sales or Customer Service Representative know this while setting up your account.

To ensure there is no disruption in the order fulfillment process, it is vital that your incoming orders use one of the following shipping methods from this chart. Orders that are received with an incorrect shipping method are immediately brought out of this process. This may delay your order from being processed and shipped. It is your responsibility to provide accurate order information within these requirements.

WeFulFillIT.com will not be held responsible for stopping inaccurate orders, fraudulent orders or orders that have not been processed properly through your shopping cart software. The WeFulFillIT system is designed to process every order that hits the system as long as it contains the proper data in the proper format.

The shipping software will try to validate addresses but this is not to be used as a safeguard to catch bad addresses or fraudulent orders. There is no guarantee that a bad address will be stopped by the address cleansing software built in to the carrier shipping software. WeFulFillIT.com does not validate addresses directly it is handled through the carrier software.

Each Merchant is responsible for making sure that each order that reaches the WeFulFillIT.com system is a valid order. Many shopping cart and merchant credit card processing platforms have checks and balances built in to verify orders and credit cards prior to transmitting the order data to the Merchant Information Station. Please check with your web developer or shopping cart provider for more details.

Conversion	CONVERT	NON-SHIPPING - This "method" is available for conversion requests. In many cases, you can simply use the Conversion app, however there may be situations where this indication may be necessary. Please consult Customer Care before selecting this, as it may delay such a conversion request.
Disposal Order	DISPOSE	NON-SHIPPING - This "method" is available for requests to pull and dispose of/destroy inventory. order pulling fees apply as well as any costs associated with disposal.
Local Merchant Only Delivery	LMO	Pick-up requires 1 business day notice after order is placed in MIS; includes a $10 Local Pick-up fee.
Photography Service	PHOTO	NON-SHIPPING - This "method" is available for photography requests. If you select this shipping method, please include a clear explanation in the order notes as to what you would like done. You can e-mail Photography@WeFulfillIT.com any questions before entering the order.
Quote Price Only	QUOTE	This method is used to request a shipping quote from our customer service team. The quote processing fee is $2.50 per quote. If you choose not to ship the order, we will edit and or delete the order at the $2.50 Order Edit Fee. Order Pull and Pack Fees apply
Test Order - Do Not Ship	TEST	NON-SHIPPING - Available for order processing and other testing purposes only. An order with this shipping method will automatically close after receiving a false tracking number and having its contents zeroed out, as to not affect inventory. There are no charges to use this.
Fed Ex 2nd Day	FX2D	Second-business-day delivery by the end of the business day to most areas (7 p.m. to residences; AK and HI may be 3 business days).
Fed Ex Express Saver	FXES	Delivery is in 3 business days by the end of the business day to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Available throughout all states except AK and HI.
Fed Ex Ground International	FXGI	Ground delivery to Canada typically in 2-7 business days, based on the distance to destination. Customs clearance will apply. (Not a guaranteed service.)
Fed Ex Ground (Commercial Addresses Only)	FXGND	Service for economical ground delivery to U.S. businesses in all 50 states. 1-5 business days (3-7 business days AK and HI) based on the distance to your destination. (Not a guaranteed service.)
Fed Ex Home Delivery (Residential Addresses Only)	FXHD	A residential delivery in 1-5 business days Tuesday through Saturday. (3-7 AK and HI) based on distance. (Not a guaranteed service.)
Fed Ex International Connect Plus	FXICP	Most Economical International Rate available and includes tracking to the door and $100.00 Declared Value but additional Insurance can be purchased. Use only when no Signature is Required.
Fed Ex International Economy	FXIE	Cost-effective delivery typically in 2-5 business days to more than 215 countries and territories. Customs clearance will apply.
Fed Ex International Priority	FXIP	Your high-value shipments arrive typically in 1, 2, or 3 business days. Service available in 220 countries and territories. Customs clearance will apply.
Fed Ex Priority Overnight	FXPO	Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas (by noon, 4:30 or 5 p.m. to some rural areas).
Fed Ex Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery	FXPOS	Saturday delivery is available in the majority of U.S. cities. FedEx Priority Overnight shipments picked up on Friday can be scheduled for Saturday delivery by noon in most service areas although some areas are by 1:30 p.m.
Fed Ex Standard Overnight	FXSO	Delivery by 3:00 p.m. to most areas and by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas, throughout 50 states (Hawaii service is outbound only).
Fed Ex SmartPost	FXSP	Final delivery is completed by USPS-Post Office. Transit times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final desitation zip code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. Coverage to every residential address in the U.S., including P.O. Boxes, APO, EPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. Territories

UPS SurePost	UPSSUREPOST	The UPS SurePost services provide the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS delivery to customers' mailboxes. Transit Times typically 2 to 7 days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contguous U.S. Coverage to every residentail address in the U.S., including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.

USPS Priority Mail Intl Flat Rate Envelope	USPSPMFREI	Usually arrives within 10 business days. The weight limit for the Flat Rate Envelope is 4 lbs. Customs clearance will apply. *If item is to large for Flat Rate Box/Envelope we will use the next Priority Mail Service.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope	USPSPMFRPE	Usually arrives within 1-3 days to most locations; 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" - Envelope is lined with bubble padding to provide a little extra protection to the package contents. *If item is to large for Flat Rate Box/Envelope we will use the next Priority Mail Service.
USPS Priority Mail Intl	USPSPMI	Usually arrives within 10 business days. Customs clearance will apply.

Regarding SurePost and SmartPost:

If the package has been transferred or delivered to the USPS, the package is not eligible for a claim. The shipper will not be allowed to proceed further with the claims process. Receivers will be informed that the package was transferred to the USPS for delivery.

If the shipper or receiver initiates a claim on packages that are not eligible for claims or tracers, they will receive a message at the start of the process stating claims are not available.

Packages over $100.00 should not use USPS Express Mail Intl Flat Rate Envelope, USPS Express Mail Intl, USPS Express Mail, USPS First Class Intl, USPS First Class Large Envelope, USPS First Class Package, USPS Media Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, USPS Priority Mail Intl Flat Rate Box, USPS Priority Mail Intl Flat Rate Envelope, USPS Priority Mail Intl, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Sure Post or Fedex Smart Post shipping methods. Claims and tracking is limited if at all available.

Per Fedex, shipments with a value over $500 will automatically have a signature required.

Although USPS services are available as described in this list, WeFulFillIT.com will not be held responsible to track packages, to file claims, for address corrections, to file tracers or to do a driver follow-up with the USPS for any of the USPS shipping services. WeFulFillIT.com will also not be held responsible for USPS guaranteed shipping time frames. WeFulFillIT.com does provide these services for other carriers such as FedEx and UPS, but once a package is handed off to the USPS we no longer provide customer service as stated for packages tendered to the USPS.
